Every plan bills monthly. The term is your contractual commitment, not an upfront payment. The setup fee is charged once, together with your first payment. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Longer terms cost less because they cost us less to service.
The platform itself is not metered. Contacts, users, automations, funnels and forms are unlimited. What is metered is the traffic that carriers and AI providers charge us for — texts, calls, WhatsApp templates and AI.
Every plan includes fixed monthly quantities — real numbers, not a cash credit. They reset each month and do not carry forward. Beyond them, usage continues at the published rates: SMS from prepaid top-up packs, everything else pay as you go, with alerts at 80% and 100%. Nothing switches off and there is no surprise invoice.

Read this before you send a text. SMS is priced per segment, not per message. One segment is 160 plain characters. A 400-character text is three segments and costs three times as much. A single emoji drops the limit from 160 characters to 70, so one emoji can turn a short text into three segments. Across our own account last month the average message used 2.4 segments — so budget roughly 19p for a typical text, not 7.8p. It is the single biggest cause of an unexpected bill, and we would rather you knew. We flag long templates before any campaign goes out.
How these rates can change. Your plan price and setup fee are fixed for your whole committed term. Usage rates are what our suppliers charge us plus a small margin, and those suppliers bill in US dollars. If their charges, applicable taxes or the exchange rate move by more than 10%, we may adjust the affected usage rates on 30 days' notice — never above cost plus our published margin, always shown to you first, and you can drop the affected metered service without penalty if you disagree. Your plan price is untouched either way.
Nothing below is charged at checkout. Software add-ons appear in your account once you are live — switch one on and it is added to your next invoice from that date. Managed services and video are scoped with you first, then invoiced when the work starts.

Quoted per brief and invoiced when the work is booked in. Take three or more add-ons together and 10% comes off the bundle.
A garage on Connected, 12-month term — £599 a month, with 500 SMS segments, 300 phone minutes, 25,000 emails, 1,000 AI chat responses and 100 AI voice minutes included.
A normal month. The AI handles 700 chat conversations, takes 240 minutes of calls including 60 minutes answered by voice AI, and the system sends 380 SMS segments. Everything sits inside the included quantities. The bill is £599. Nothing else.
MOT season. Volume jumps: 700 SMS segments, 380 phone minutes and 130 voice-AI minutes. The extra 200 segments come from one 250-pack (£20), the extra 80 phone minutes cost £5.60 at 7p, and the 30 voice-AI minutes beyond the allowance are charged as used — a few pounds. That month is roughly £630, and an alert goes out at 80% of each quantity before any of it happens.
If two months in a row look like MOT season, we will tell you — usually the honest answer is that the next plan up costs less than the usage.
