You can't hire a marketing team. You don't have to. One platform, one bill — we run the whole shop.

Website and product pages on your own domain, stock and orders, checkout, branded store email, abandoned-cart and review flows, WhatsApp order updates, an assistant who answers “where's my order?” at 10pm — plus product images, promotional video, ad creatives and social-media growth. However small your shop, there's a package sized for it, and Autonomous AI looks after all of it.

Four outcomes an online shop actually needs. We are accountable for all four.

A small online shop can't employ a developer, a photographer, a marketer, a customer-service desk and a bookkeeper. Autonomous AI is all five on one subscription: the store, the content, the ads, the inbox and the numbers — run for you, so you can pack orders and make product.

Products, variants, images and quantities live in one catalogue. How Ava works

Ava is a member of the Autonomous AI Workforce, trained on your shop: products, sizes and materials, delivery times and costs, returns and refunds policy, gift options, and who to hand to. She answers web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook DMs and email, looks up the order and sends the tracking link, adds a customer to the back-in-stock list, and hands anything unusual — a damaged parcel, a wholesale enquiry — to you with the order attached. She never promises a refund or a delivery date you haven't set. Every conversation is on the customer record.

We build collection and product pages with the schema Google Shopping and AI engines read, run your Google Business Profile if you have a physical base, keep your listings consistent across Google, Meta and TikTok shops, and route every happy customer to a review on delivery. Visibility is reported alongside orders and ad return — one dashboard, not a separate agency report.

Compliance

Built for the rules a UK online shop sells under

Consumer contracts & returns

How

Pre-contract information, the 14-day cancellation right for distance sales, delivery times and returns terms are presented at checkout and in the confirmation, structured to meet the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your returns policy is yours; Ava only quotes it.

Payments & card data

How

Card payments run through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). Card numbers never touch the platform or us. Refunds and part-refunds are made from the order record.

Customer data & marketing consent

How

Customer and order data is processed under UK GDPR with Autonomous AI as your processor. Order updates are service messages; marketing email, SMS and WhatsApp go only to contacts with recorded consent, with one-tap unsubscribe. Lists never sync to ad audiences without a lawful basis.

Pricing, advertising & content

How

Prices shown as charged including delivery rules; “was” prices and sale claims follow CMA guidance; product images and videos we produce show the product as sold; reviews are genuine and never incentivised or edited — CAP Code and the DMCC Act 2024 on fake reviews.

The assistant's limits

How

Ava quotes only your policies, prices and delivery times, never invents a discount or promises a refund, and hands off to you on request or on anything unusual. Every conversation is on the customer record.

Your store stays yours

How

You own the domain, the catalogue, the customer list, the templates and the numbers. If we part, you keep them — exported in standard formats.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can we really run the entire shop on this — website, stock, orders, email?

Yes. Website and product pages on your own domain, catalogue with variants and quantities, Stripe checkout with coupons, orders to invoices to labels, branded email and SMS from your domain, abandoned-cart and lifecycle flows, WhatsApp order updates, reviews, social and CRM — one platform, one subscription. That is the point of it.

We're tiny — one person, a spare room, a few hundred orders a year. Is this really for us?

Yes — that is who it is built for. A one-person shop can't hire a developer, a photographer, a marketer and a support desk, so we are all of them on one subscription. Core starts at £299 a month with the store, stock, checkout, cart recovery, reviews and branded email built for you at onboarding, and the package grows with the shop. The audit tells you honestly if you're better off waiting.

Do we have to leave Shopify, WooCommerce or Etsy?

No. Move the whole store across, or keep the storefront you have and run CRM, email, flows, Ava, reviews and social from the platform. On Complete we connect the store and your courier by API so orders and tracking flow both ways. Most shops move in stages; the audit sets the order.

How does stock work?

Every product and variant carries a quantity. Sales reduce it, sold-out products show as sold out rather than overselling, low-stock flags fire at the level you set, and a back-in-stock list builds automatically for anything unavailable. Stock counts and adjustments are done in one place.

What does “branded store email” mean?

Order confirmations, dispatch and delivery notes, and marketing campaigns all sent from your own domain in your design, with deliverability set up properly at onboarding. It replaces a separate email-marketing subscription; it is not a mailbox — your existing inbox stays as it is.

Can an AI assistant safely answer our customers?

Ava answers from your own products, prices, delivery times and returns policy, looks up the order to send tracking, and hands anything unusual to you with the order attached. She never invents a discount or promises a refund. Every conversation is on the customer record and you can read them all.

How do abandoned-cart flows work?

A reminder inside the hour with the basket intact, a second nudge next morning, a third with the delivery or sizing answer that usually stops people. Then post-purchase care, a review request at delivery, a reorder reminder timed to when the product runs out, win-back at 90 days and VIP treatment after three orders — built for your products at onboarding.

Can we sell courses, memberships or gift cards?

Yes. Member areas, courses and gift cards sit alongside physical products and are sold through the same checkout, and affiliate commission is tracked against real orders.

Do you do our product photos, videos, ads and social media?

Yes — all of it. Send us the product and we produce the images (cut-outs, lifestyle shots, gift-guide tiles), promotional and UGC-style video with Magic Studio, the ad creatives for Meta, TikTok and Google Shopping, and a weekly social calendar across eight channels with DMs and comments answered in one inbox. Ad spend, when you run it, is billed to your own ad accounts and never marked up; attribution shows which channel produced the order.

What do you need from us?

Your products, prices, photos and stock counts (a spreadsheet is fine), delivery rules and returns policy, your domain, your current tool logins so we can migrate and cancel, and a named person for the weekly numbers. Onboarding collects it in one session.

How quickly is it live?

Onboarding is a paid, guaranteed build. Store, catalogue, checkout and the cart flow typically go live inside 14 days; email, Ava, social and the rest follow over the first month — timed for your next launch or gifting season. If we miss the date, we keep working at no extra charge.

What does it cost, and what do we stop paying?

Plans from £299 a month plus a one-time onboarding fee from £499, on a 3, 6 or 12-month term. We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add. The audit lists every subscription the platform replaces so you can see the net cost before you decide. Ad spend is billed to your own accounts.

Start with your own numbers — however small they are

Twenty minutes. We bring what your stack costs, your cart-abandonment rate and your reply times. If you're a one-person shop, that's exactly who this is built for. You decide whether any of it is worth fixing.
